The Offence of ‘Grooming’ in Current and Projected Legislation in Argentina

The crime of ‘grooming’ has been included in the Argentinean Criminal Code by means of Law No. 26.904 in 2013, the text of which caused controversy among different sectors. This report analyses the current and projected Argentinean legislation on this crime, both in the Criminal Code regulations and in the text of the Preliminary Draft of the Criminal Code.
