Regulatory Modeling. Tracking the Influence of the Digital Services Act in Latin America

This article discusses the Digital Services Act (DSA) of the European Union as a possible candidate for a process of regulatory modeling, one of the mechanisms through which the laws of a country or a region migrate to other countries. It is a relatively usual global phenomenon, in which it is possible to expect certain dynamics, such as the prevalence of central countries or the advantages of first movers. In this work we argue that Latin American legislators are showing signs of wanting to imi
