Over-the-Top Services: Fundamental Principles for their Regulatory Treatment in Argentina

The article aims to point out the main principles to be taken into account when analysing the regulatory framework for Over the Top services (OTTs). It provides a description of the current regulatory situation in Argentina, as well as arguments for and against the regulation of OTTs, and a section of conclusions and recommendations useful for the legislative discussion.
