Internet Access in Argentina. Lessons Learnt from the Argentina Conectada Plan

Resumen

This report aims to provide an analysis of some aspects of the implementation of the national broadband plan Argentina Conectada. Given that internet access is key to the realisation of fundamental rights and, therefore, states must actively promote it, the effective implementation of plans such as Argentina Conectada is fundamental to achieving the objectives of connectivity. Hence the importance of learning from past failures and mistakes in order to build on them for a better future.
