Digital Constitutionalism in Latin America
Resumen
Digital constitutionalist theorists propose a framework to analyze and potentially resolve power struggles in the digital age, particularly---although not exclusively---power struggles over content management. The concept is proposed as both a historical moment and a theoretical framework and has been developed mainly in Europe. The model could have potential for globalization and proposes an interesting approach to power struggles in an age of inter-jurisdictional technology and a highly concen
