For some years now, CELE has begun working on European internet regulation, as we consider the Digital Services Act (DSA) approved in 2022 to represent a fundamental paradigm shift in terms of how the internet will be regulated from now on. For this reason, since 2023 we have developed specific work on and around the DSA: we take part in conferences and public-policy gatherings, contribute to consultations held by the European Commission and—in general—closely follow developments in the region.
