Intermediary Liability in Brasil: What Changes with the 2026 Decrees?

The next session of our legislative roundtables will address Brazil's recent digital regulation decrees, aiming to analyze their background, key provisions, and implementation challenges, as well as their broader implications for freedom of expression and platform governance. The session will be led by Francisco Brito Cruz and moderated by Matías González Mama, Regional Area Coordinator for Latin America, fostering an open space for exchange and debate on the impact of these regulations within the region's digital ecosystem.
